This morning in Moscow, Sergei Bagapsh, the President of Abkhazia, died. 10 days ago he experienced a surgery on his right lung. According to doctors, the operation was successful, but three days ago, the lungs opted out, which resulted in complications that led to the critical state of his health and, consequently, to death.
