On March 8th, International Women’s Day, Hibla will be giving her long-awaited solo recital in Kazan. Many years since her last visit to Kazan, Hibla will appear on the stage of Salikh Saidashev Concert Hall accompanied by the State Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Tatarstan directed by Maestro Alexander Sladkovsky, one of the finest Russian conductors. The program will include arias from operas by Handel, Mozart, Verdi, Puccini, Cilea and operettas of Kalman and Lehar. This recital, which celebrates beauty and arrival of spring, must become a real gift not only to all women, but to all residents and guests of the capital of Tatarstan alike.
